New versions of the two popular frameworks .Net and Ruby-on-Rails are now available for FastNext's clients.
FastNext's windows plans were equipped with the .Net 3.0 version and now customers can get updated Microsoft .Net 3.5 framework. This version contains many new features building incrementally upon .NET Framework 2.0 and 3.0.
Rails 2.0 was released few weeks ago. New framework includes thousand of improvements: updates for Action Pack (Resources, Multiview, Record identification, Security), for Action Mailer and for Active Record (Performance, Foxy fixtures), enhanced ActiveSupport, new debugger, easier plugin order.Developers claim, that there are hundreds of bug fixes, tweaks, and feature enhancements crammed into Rails 2.0.
Every FastNext customer can get Rails 2.0 installed on request without any additional fee.
